Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The main responsibility is to act as a 2nd level of support and identify technical issues - bugs, glitches - report them to the Product and Dev team, track the progress and implement the solution.
This role includes assisting the Customer Success team with technical knowledge and fits in the process of delivering technical information from clients to our Product and Dev team. Offering strategic advice on technology utilization, helping with testing of the newly implemented features, prototypes and providing feedback.
What will you do?
Help our CSM (Customer Success Management) team troubleshoot technical customer problems
Resolve technical issues in the software
Communicate clearly with CSM so that they have enough information to solve issues and make sure they understand what information is needed from the customer
Help CSM team with any initiatives or experiments
Test current product and modules and identify deficiencies
Discovered bugs and deficiencies report to product owner and software developers
Conducting training sessions on technically complex topics
Work closely with Product and Dev team in reporting and fixing requests from the CSM team
