Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Creation, proposal and implementation of product solutions customized specifically for the customer
• Assuring that all the customer requirements are understood in an end-to-end delivery process
• Analysing customer claims and product issues and creation of reports for the R&D Director (direct
report for this role)
• Contributing to several projects at once within the specified scope of the role, also from the
perspective of a Project Manager
• Cooperation with the internal competence centre regarding new solutions, development, and
prototype creation
• Responsibility for the prototype testing at external laboratories and internal sites
• Communicating and cooperating with the production teams regarding feedback from the customer
at several production sites
