About the team
As a new student you will be an important part of the Operations team working with skilled professional from the field.
In Operations we process invoicing documentation from our clients, performing a high level data quality checks according to the contract signed and ensuring that the documents received are timely completed.
About the role
As our new colleague you will take care of the official communication with our clients, providing support and expertise where needed and helping them in solving eventual issues.
You will handle a portfolio of processes of our partners (brokers and direct clients) - including communication internal & external
Key responsibilities:
- Checking and analysis of data based on contract requisitions
- Daily use of modern reporting tools, dedicated business applications, and MS office package
- Collaboration and partnership across different departments
- Prioritization and self-organization of work

Candidates with education suit the position
University student
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
You can bring your knowledge from accounting, finance or economic background and will have the opportunity to learn, develop and uncover your potential - find yourself in the work you like.
You are friendly with good communication and presentation skills with passion to learn and take on new challenges.
Essentials:
- We are looking for University student (ideally in economics /management/business administration), but all the motivated students are of course encouraged too
- English language – proficient written and spoken (any other language is advantageous)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical and critical thinking is in your core
