Within the Corporate Solutions Data Insights, we are searching for a Data & Analytics Engineer to partner with business functions and collaborate with squad members. They will use technical know-how and curiosity about problem solving to enable data-driven decision making. Specifically, the role will be responsible for:
• Building data pipelines and assets that facilitate business intelligence and insights
• Improve manual processes when it comes to delivering insights
• Deep dives into line of business portfolios on an ad-hoc basis using innovative analytical and machine learning frameworks
• Support our goal to upskill business users data analysis capabilities through mentoring and coaching
Based on experience and interest, this role has significant evolution potential to drive the future of data and analytics capabilities and achieve our ambition to be embed Data and analytics at our core.

• Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts
• Knowledge of insurance concepts preferred
• Knowledge of Spark SQL and PySpark will be a plus
